Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect: almost nothing

• No accounts, no logins. You can read every page without giving us anything.
• Aggregate analytics only. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that counts page visits without cookies, cross-site tracking, or personal profiles. No advertising trackers.
• Email (only if you contact us). If you email hello@getmusehelp.com or book a setup call, we receive your email address and whatever you send. Used only to reply — never sold, never added to a list without consent.

2. What we never see

We have no access to your Muse account, chats, credentials, bank data, health data, or connector permissions. Setup happens between you and Muse/Meta — never through this site. Never paste passwords, bank logins, or API keys into any website form, including ours (we have no forms that ask for them).

3. Cookies

We set no tracking cookies. Our analytics tool is cookie-free. Embedded third parties (e.g. scheduling or payment providers on the booking page, when added) have their own policies — check them before use.

4. Referral code

The referral code in our top-right button is redeemed by you inside Muse Settings, between you and Meta. We never see who redeems it.

5. Children

This site is general-audience help content, but Muse itself is 18+ (US-only at launch). This site is not directed at children and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone.
